Customer Success Manager

Our product and technology are game changers in the software world, with hundreds of customers in all verticals and sizes.

We're looking for someone smart and with high energy to join our Customer Success team. As part of this role, you'll be working with our strategic customers, serving as a key point of contact and the subject-matter expert to guide them towards maximum success with our platform. You’ll take the lead on onboarding, training, and advising our customers on best practices, as well as work closely with our sales organization to ensure our customers are successful. Being part of a startup, you’ll be working closely with the different teams and make a significant impact on the future of the company. This includes working directly with the product team to communicate the customer needs that will shape the product, helping the marketing team with messaging, product marketing, and more, and working with the dev team on new features, solving customer problems, and delivering cutting edge technologies. This is a true startup position, wearing multiple hats and being able to really move the needle.


Director of Product Marketing

OverOps' Director of Product Marketing will lead our product marketing strategy, including messaging, sales enablement and feature/product launches, as well as analysts briefings and competitive analysis of the ecosystem.

This person will work to define and deliver against multiple business goals in support of building brand awareness and engagement, driving customer insights and optimization strategies from online campaign performance. This role amplifies what is important and essentially moves our business forward as we look to expand.


  • Drive our product marketing efforts, including messaging, go-to-market strategy, website presence, and branding.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our product to the sales team, as well as create collateral, including web content, white papers and presentations.
  • Promote and evangelize OverOps externally with press, analysts, customers, and at trade shows and events.
  • Market new features internally and externally, and create launch strategies for new products.
  • Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and what makes them do that. Know your competition and how to effectively market against them.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure awareness of competing offerings.
Content Marketing Manager
( Tel Aviv )

As a Content Marketing Manager at OverOps, you will be writing and producing content for multiple personas across a range of different platforms. You will be trained as a full stack marketer in the content team, gaining technical knowledge in the Java and developer tools space, writing technical content, and participating in the world wide developer community.

A unique position as part of the marketing team, writing for one of the top developer blogs in the world and reaching an audience of over 180,000 developers each month. Generating, nurturing, and helping close deals as part of the company’s inbound marketing and content strategy with a direct impact on the bottom line. An opportunity to work together with R&D, marketing, design, UX and customers in a fast paced startup environment.

Experienced Product Manager
( Tel Aviv )

OverOps helps companies know when and why application code breaks in production environments. We're a fast growing startup with product market fit funded by Menlo Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

As Product Manager, you will be in charge of the product line. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing features to developing new features and products for the company. You will build them based on existing ideas, and help develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, and see the big picture, but also the smallest bolts that make the machine operate. The person we’re looking for is highly analytic, and builds products and features based on actual numbers and product analysis. That person will work closely with our engineering team to define product release requirements; With our UX designers to make sure each new feature or product is user-friendly, and does what it’s supposed to; And with the marketing leads to define the go-to-market strategy, help them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.


  • Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specifying requirements for current and future features by conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with customers and prospects.
  • Defining and designing the appearance and UI/UX with our UX designer, building mock-ups, gathering feedback, and improving those ideas.
  • Writing Product Requirements Documents, defining the product and analytics required, covering all use cases and stories, from big picture ideas to the smallest edge cases and product behaviour.
  • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
  • Analyzing the usage patterns of existing features and recently-released features to understand if and how they’re being used, and optimizing them to reach the company’s business goals.


Sales Engineer
( San Francisco )

The Sales Engineer lives and works in the intersection between sales and engineering. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning at the executive, business and technical levels. Sales Engineers are the primary technical support for the field sales force and are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. They are there to ensure success with all OverOps customers and strategize with their sales counterparts to steer customers to a commercial relationship.

· Responsible for delivering a great product demonstration which tells a story of how our software provides value to our customer

· Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

· Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in DevOps, APM, and log analyzer technologies

· Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

· Able to convey customer requirements to Engineering teams

· Able to travel throughout sales territory without restriction and frequently on short notice.
