Customer Success

Implementation Engineer
( San Francisco )

OverOps is growing and we’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our Customer Success team! If you're in the Bay Area, we'd love for you to work from our San Francisco office, but we're also open to exceptional remote candidates as well. This is a new role for us, so it’s an opportunity to help shape customer implementation from the ground up. We’re a highly technical product, so strong technical acumen in addition to great, consultative people-skills would make you great. As our Implementation Engineer, you will work closely with DevOps and Infrastructure engineering teams at our customer’s offices to ensure successful implementation of our error detection solution (either SaaS, on premise, or a hybrid model).

- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent

- Ability to travel domestically 50%+ of the time

Director of Product Marketing

OverOps helps companies know when and why application code breaks in production environments. We're a fast growing startup with product market fit funded by Menlo Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

OverOps' Director of Product Marketing will lead our product marketing strategy, including messaging, sales enablement and feature/product launches, as well as analysts briefings and competitive analysis of the ecosystem.

This person will work to define and deliver against multiple business goals in support of building brand awareness and engagement, driving customer insights and optimization strategies from online campaign performance. This role amplifies what is important and essentially moves our business forward as we look to expand.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive our product marketing efforts, including messaging, go-to-market strategy, website presence, and branding.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our product to the sales team, as well as create collateral, including web content, white papers and presentations.
  • Promote and evangelize OverOps externally with press, analysts, customers, and at trade shows and events.
  • Market new features internally and externally, and create launch strategies for new products.
  • Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and what makes them do that. Know your competition and how to effectively market against them.

We're looking for an experienced QA engineer to help us grow our quality assurance processes, from product requirements overview, through R&D cycles, staging and production, from minor patches to major releases.

The Sales Engineer lives and works in the intersection between sales and engineering. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning at the executive, business and technical levels. Sales Engineers are the primary technical support for the sales force and are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. They are there to ensure success with all OverOps customers and strategize with their sales counterparts to steer customers to a commercial relationship.
