Customer Success

Customer Success Engineer
( San Francisco )

OverOps is growing and we’re looking for a customer-facing engineer to join our Customer Success team! If you're in the Bay Area, we'd love for you to work from our San Francisco office, but we're also open to exceptional remote candidates as well.

As our Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure engineering teams at our existing customers ensuring continued success post-implementation. We’re a highly technical product, so strong technical acumen in addition to great, consultative people-skills would make you great for this.

- A team-player - nothing happens in a vacuum, you'll need to be able to leverage our entire customer team and our own product development teams as needed and keep everyone informed

YOU SHOULD HAVE

- 5+ years experience deploying software in the enterprise

- 5+ years of experience working with Java and/or .NET

- Significant experience working with Linux OS

- Knowledge of networking components and concepts

- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues that may prevent communication between different components

- Excellent customer facing skills and interest in working onsite with customers

- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent

- Ability to travel domestically 50%+ of the time

Marketing

Director of Product Marketing
( San Francisco )

OverOps helps companies know when and why application code breaks in production environments. We're a fast growing startup with product market fit funded by Menlo Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

OverOps' Director of Product Marketing will lead our product marketing strategy, including messaging, sales enablement and feature/product launches, as well as analysts briefings and competitive analysis of the ecosystem.

This person will work to define and deliver against multiple business goals in support of building brand awareness and engagement, driving customer insights and optimization strategies from online campaign performance. This role amplifies what is important and essentially moves our business forward as we look to expand.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive our product marketing efforts, including messaging, go-to-market strategy, website presence, and branding.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our product to the sales team, as well as create collateral, including web content, white papers and presentations.
  • Promote and evangelize OverOps externally with press, analysts, customers, and at trade shows and events.
  • Market new features internally and externally, and create launch strategies for new products.
  • Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and what makes them do that. Know your competition and how to effectively market against them.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure awareness of competing offerings.
Event Marketing Manager
( San Francisco )

OverOps is growing our Marketing team and looking for an Event Marketing Manager to join us in San Francisco! This is a key role and we are seeking someone who is energetic, highly organized, and entrepreneurial to help OverOps increase brand awareness and generate high quality leads through live events. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing events end-to-end in the technology industry, is a creative thinker that drives new ideas, and will demonstrate a passion and flair for creating memorable high-impact experiences.

  • Planning and executing conferences/trade-shows end-to-end, including selecting events aligned to company strategy; executing contracts and managing the budget; organizing giveaways and creative production; communicating with staff and attendees; attending events and overseeing set-up and take-down; implementing pre- and post-event outreach; ensuring streamlined event operations and follow-up; and maintaining on-brand execution.
  • Initiating, testing, and evaluating other types of events to build brand awareness and generate leads, such as meetups, executive summits, small-group trainings, etc.

  • Tracking and analyzing metrics to evaluate event success

Marketing UI UX Designer

We're growing our marketing team, and we're looking for a skilled Marketing UI/UX Designer to join our Tel Aviv office!

We're looking for someone who's creative, goal-driven and a quick learner to drive and support our marketing initiatives and bring our sometimes crazy ideas to life. As our Marketing UI/IX Designer, you will lead the design of all of our customer facing material including the company’s website, newsletters, landing pages, banners, decks, swag (t-shirts and conference booths!) etc. You will be working with all the stakeholders in the marketing team, and will report to the company's VP Marketing.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and release projects, including full-page redesigns and completely new campaigns.
  • Work with our analytics tools to measure everything we build, and make sure our assets are not just beautiful, but also results-driven. Optimize designs based on findings
  • Design the company’s website and marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Take the design “brief” to record requirements and team member's needs
  • Schedule design projects implementation and define budget constraints
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
