Customer Success Manager

We're looking for someone smart and with high energy to join our Customer Success team. As part of this role, you'll be working with our strategic customers, serving as a key point of contact and the subject-matter expert to guide them towards maximum success with our platform. You’ll take the lead on onboarding, training, and advising our customers on best practices, as well as work closely with our sales organization to ensure our customers are successful. Being part of a startup, you’ll be working closely with the different teams and make a significant impact on the future of the company. This includes working directly with the product team to communicate the customer needs that will shape the product, helping the marketing team with messaging, product marketing, and more, and working with the dev team on new features, solving customer problems, and delivering cutting edge technologies. This is a true startup position, wearing multiple hats and being able to really move the needle.


Senior Customer Success Manager

Director of Product Marketing

OverOps helps companies know when and why application code breaks in production environments. We're a fast growing startup with product market fit funded by Menlo Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

OverOps' Director of Product Marketing will lead our product marketing strategy, including messaging, sales enablement and feature/product launches, as well as analysts briefings and competitive analysis of the ecosystem.

This person will work to define and deliver against multiple business goals in support of building brand awareness and engagement, driving customer insights and optimization strategies from online campaign performance. This role amplifies what is important and essentially moves our business forward as we look to expand.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive our product marketing efforts, including messaging, go-to-market strategy, website presence, and branding.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our product to the sales team, as well as create collateral, including web content, white papers and presentations.
  • Promote and evangelize OverOps externally with press, analysts, customers, and at trade shows and events.
  • Market new features internally and externally, and create launch strategies for new products.
  • Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and what makes them do that. Know your competition and how to effectively market against them.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure awareness of competing offerings.
Marketing Operations Specialist

Every group of friends has that one person who serves as the glue that holds everyone together. That’s also the case for marketing teams - They require a reflective, analytical, strong, strategic glue. OverOps' Marketing Operations specialist will be our go-to-person when it comes to marketing automation efforts, including but not limited to handling our Marketo instance, and everything in between. This person will lead our efforts to know exactly which prospect, lead, and opportunity came from which channel, and how we can improve those channels and activities.

OverOps' Marketing Operations specialist will be in charge of monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company goals, as well as work closely with the sales team to make sure nothing falls between the cracks. This person will report directly to the VP Marketing, will manage the relationship between marketing and sales to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver (marketing's role) and work (sales' role) the highest quality leads.

The Marketing Operations specialist will make projections about the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and spot efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole. We’re looking for someone who’s extremely analytical, but also has a marketing background, someone who can look at campaigns not only from the quantitative point of view, but also understand the qualitative meaning.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert on all marketing tools used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, know their neat little tricks better than the company who built them does (some of the tools we’re using: Marketo, Unbounce, Zapier, Optimizely, Stand-alone plugins, Intercom, HotJar).
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact according to the company’s monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommend on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

You will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use and user-friendly. You will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, references, manuals, and instructions.

The Sales Engineer lives and works in the intersection between sales and engineering. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning at the executive, business and technical levels. Sales Engineers are the primary technical support for the sales force and are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. They are there to ensure success with all OverOps customers and strategize with their sales counterparts to steer customers to a commercial relationship.

- Responsible for delivering a great product demonstration which tells a story of how our software provides value to our customer.

- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

- Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in DevOps, APM, and log analyzer technologies.

- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

- Able to convey customer requirements to Engineering teams.
