Sales

Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer lives and works in the intersection between sales and engineering. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning at the executive, business and technical levels. Sales Engineers are the primary technical support for the field sales force and are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. They are there to ensure success with all OverOps customers and strategize with their sales counterparts to steer customers to a commercial relationship.


· Responsible for delivering a great product demonstration which tells a story of how our software provides value to our customer

· Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

· Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in DevOps, APM, and log analyzer technologies

· Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

· Able to convey customer requirements to Engineering teams

· Able to travel throughout sales territory without restriction and frequently on short notice.

The primary responsibilities of the role are to manage the Salesforce production environment, test new software releases, implement changes and customize objects, monitor profiles and security settings, develop and test reports, and manage user accounts. DevOps Engineer

We're looking for our first full-time DevOps Engineer to join our team in Tel Aviv.

You will help us scale our engineering lifecycle and expand our infrastructure automation. You will be in charge of our build, testing, and deployment pipelines, take ownership of our AWS account(s) and other cloud services. Be responsible for uptime while advancing monitoring, auditing, security and provisioning. We love new technologies and use Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Gradle and Docker as part of the mix.

Office Administrator

Your “Will Do and “Can Do” attitude is crucial for success as the Office Administrator. You will be the “go-to” person to help shape Company culture and boost cross organizations communication. You will also provide administrative support to all organizations at OverOps. Tasks include, but not limited to:

Office Operations/Facilities

o Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and there are adequate office supplies

o Kitchen maintenance – order snacks/drinks, stock fridge, etc.

o Travel arrangements for employees and candidates per Company guidelines

o Manage different office vendors to include various food vendors and facility vendors

o Coordinate company social events and clean-up afterwards

You will be trained as a full stack marketer in the content team, gaining technical knowledge in the Java and developer tools space, and participating in the world wide developer community.
