Using logs (Sumologic) and APM tools (Dynatrace) provided limited visibility when trying to replicate production issues.

We had an issue that caused flooding of the logs with exceptions. With OverOps, we could quickly identify the issue and impacted users and fix their problem. We could have never see this information from the logs, and we might have taken more drastic steps that could impact all our users.
What is so unique and compelling about OverOps?
No matter how much information we put in the log, you can't foresee what information you will need when something breaks. OverOps is the only service that allows us to see the full context of an exception as if we are debugging production in real-time.
What is your plans for OverOps moving forward?
We are installing OverOps so that every service will have its errors and exceptions fully reported. OverOps gives us more granular control of critical exceptions so we can prioritize our work. We are especially looking forward to having OverOps integrated with all our reporting and monitoring procedures.
