OverOps is looking for a self-driven, motivated office admin who will help maintain the good vibe at our Tel Aviv office.

OverOps tells companies when, where and why their code breaks in production environments. We help companies focus on innovating instead of troubleshooting errors, putting an emphasis on solving debugging pains. Our goal is to eliminate the world of tickets marked as “could not reproduce”.

As the Office Admin, you will initiate and support the administrative and day-to-day office tasks relating to vendors, service providers, travel, welfare, etc. Your responsibilities will include dealing with suppliers, office inventory, employee expenses, maintenance and other similar tasks.
In short, you will be the team contact person for any office related needs and the main support of our HR manager.


  • 1-2 years of experience in similar positions – a must.
  • Experience working in a Startup - advantage
  • Fluent English: speaking and writing.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability and initiative to handle end-to-end responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
